Shower Snaps™ LLC products are produced in small batches and carefully prepared before shipment. During periods of high demand or production delays, processing times may be extended slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email when possible.

Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
🚚 3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted major carriers, including:

Carrier selection is determined by package size, weight, destination, and service availability.
💲 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

•Carrier rates
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be applied automatically when eligible.
🔍 5. Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
🏠 6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
•Customer is responsible for reshipment fees
•Refunds (if requested instead) will exclude original shipping costs
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
📫 7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:
•Check with neighbors or building management
•Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)
•Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
Once a package is marked delivered, Shower Snaps™ LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for delivery-related losses.
🌦 8. Carrier or Weather Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
•Severe weather
•Carrier disruptions
•Holidays
•Service interruptions beyond our control
Shipping fees are non-refundable for these delays.
🔄 9. Return Policy
We want you to love your Shower Snaps™. If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the conditions below.
9.1 Return Window
Returns are accepted within:
30 days of delivery
Returned items must be:
•Unused
•Undamaged
•In original condition
•Returned with all parts and original packaging
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused and returned to sender without refund.
Exchanges may require completing the standard return process. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
❌ 15. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment.
If an order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
⚠️ 16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

Shower Snaps™ LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or issue refunds at our discretion if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.
